Abstract
With the development of science and technology, robots gradually enter every aspect of our life, it has brought a lot of convenience for our work and life. Companies have also begun to introduce robots into the production process to replace some repetitive and dangerous jobs, that making the working environment safer for workers. Substitution of robots put workers at risk of losing jobs. The application of robots still lacks perfect legal provisions, which brings great challenges to the labor market. Appropriate institutional adjustment is needed to deal with the impact of robots applications.
