Abstract
T. most pervasive injustice identified by Michael Walzer in Spheres of Justice concerns the distribution of power at work. If complex equality is the standard ofdistributive justice, Walzer argues, then employees are entitled to select their managers–but this is obviously not the experience of the vast majority in our economy today.
